How we verify bikes

How we verify bikes before sale

ReVelo imports premium bikes from the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. We don't buy random bikes "by eye". Each bike undergoes source selection, technical inspection, and condition description before being published in the store.

1. Pre-purchase selection

  • we check the model, year, size, and component configuration,
  • we compare the price with the European and Polish markets,
  • we verify photos, frame condition, and bike completeness,
  • we reject bikes with unclear origins or too high a risk of carbon repair.

2. Technical inspection upon bike reception

  • frame and fork: inspection for cracks, impacts, unusual paint marks,
  • drivetrain: wear of chain, cassette, crankset, and derailleurs,
  • Di2 / AXS: gear shifting operation, charging, cables or pairing,
  • brakes: discs, pads, bleeding, lever operation,
  • wheels: lateral runout, condition of rims, hubs, and tires,
  • cockpit: stem, handlebars, bar tape, play,
  • bearings: headset, bottom bracket, hubs,
  • frame number and compliance of markings with the description.

3. Honest condition description

With used bikes, not only the advantages are important. If a bike has scratches, transport marks, tire wear, or a component requiring service, we describe it before selling. Upon request, we send additional photos or a video recording of a specific bike.

4. What you get with your purchase

  • a bike after ReVelo's technical inspection,
  • configuration and condition description,
  • VAT margin invoice,
  • possibility of courier shipping within Poland,
  • assistance in choosing the size and initial settings.

5. Do you have questions about a specific bike?

Write to us before purchasing. We can send additional photos, record a short video, confirm the size, or discuss differences between several models.
